We guarantee that
every transaction you make at Sigma6Mobile.com will be 100% safe. This
means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result

It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number,

will be charged by Sigma6 Inc. All prices are in US Dollars.
Return Policy
All products returned
will be repaired or replaced at Sigma6Mobile.com discretion. All our products
carry a manufacturer's warranty. To return a defective product you must request
a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Customers may request a RA# by calling our Customer Service Department at 858-598-2359
Due to the high volume of emails we receive we can not accept order cancelations
or RA# requests via email.
Credit will be
issued only on new, unused, and unopened products, with complete packaging
and purchased within the last 10 Days.
Credit will be issued at Sigma6Mobile.com discretion only. All sales are considered
final. In some cases a 18% restocking fee may be applied as well as a 5% refund
charge. The customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs.
At Sigma6Mobile.com we only sell new products. We do not sell used or refurbished units (unless specified). Our technicians test all product returns.
If you receive a shipment
that was damaged during transit, please accept the delivery and contact our
Customer Service Department at (858)-598-2359 immediately for further instructions.
Do not use products that are delivered to you in damaged condition.
Defective products
will be accepted by Sigma6Mobile for credit or exchange within Ten(10) days
from the date of shipment.
If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including
all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging.
(We will only accept a return or exchange of an exchange order Ten (10) days from the date of shipment of the return or exchange). To be returnable, defective products require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please see above for instructions on receiving a (RA#).
You are responsible for return shipping charges to Sigma6Mobile.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer our everyday low prices and absorb the full
cost of handling return shipments.
If the returned product is for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are
non refundable.

a return or exchange of an order up to 10 days).
